Une fois que je reçois une demande de projet, j'analyse le dossier et établis une communication dynamique. Nous nous penchons sur le cahier des charges qui définit la finalité du projet et mentionne les éléments nécessaires à sa réalisation. J'effectue également une étude de l'environnement du projet et une analyse de la cible.

Preliminary study

Once I receive a project request, I analyze the brief and establish a dynamic communication. We look at the specifications that define the purpose of the project and mention the elements necessary for its completion. I also do a study of the project environment and a target analysis.

Définition initiale

A l'aide de croquis de recherche, nous commençons à réfléchir à l'idée globale du projet et aux éléments cruciaux pour une présentation initiale cohérente, originale et impressionnante. Dans cette phase, nous adoptons une première approche de votre futur projet et explorons les options pour son récit et son identité visuelle.

Initial creative

With research sketches, we start to brainstorm and think about the overall idea of the project for a consistent, original and impressive initial presentation. In this phase, we take a first approach to your future project and explore options for its narrative and visual identity.

Concept design

Quand l'idée et la direction sont établies, je commence maintenant à donner vie à votre projet. Dans cette étape, je présente l'histoire et la vision de l'expérience des clients ou des visiteurs. Cette conception comprend des illustrations du type roughs, dessins 2D, vues panoramiques, zoning, le tout dans une présentation visuelle puissante.

Concept design

Once direction is established, I now start to bring your idea to life! In this stage I present the story and vision of the customer or visitor experience. This design includes illustrations like roughs, 2D drawings, panoramic views, zoning, all in a powerful visual presentation.

Parties techniques

Je réalise la documentation apportant toutes les informations techniques nécessaires à la réalisation concrète du projet. Je peux ainsi fournir les plans, coupes, et élévations qui apporteront une vue d'ensemble et permettront de comprendre votre projet en détail.

Technical documentation

I produce the documentation providing all the technical informations necessary for the practical completion of the project. In this way I can provide the plans, sections, and elevations that will bring an overview and allow you to understand your project in detail.

Modélisation 3D

Dans cette phase, je développe chaque espace à l'échelle et aux dimensions conformes au Concept Design. L'idée étant de fournir un modèle 3D de votre projet, le plus détaillé possible, afin que les entrepreneurs et fournisseurs auxquels vous ferez appel sauront visualiser au mieux le projet pour la construction et la production.

3D Modeling

In this phase, I develop each space to scale and dimensions in accordance with the Concept Design. The idea is to provide a 3D model of your project, as detailed as possible, so that the contractors and suppliers who you will call upon will be able to best visualize the project for construction and production.

Moodboards et matériaux

Afin de comprendre au mieux l'ambiance dans laquelle seront plongés les visiteurs ou les clients, je fournis un moodboard de chaque espace. Celui-ci mentionne les couleurs et matériaux sélectionnés pour définir l'identité visuelle.

Moodboards and materials

In order to better understand the atmosphere in which visitors or customers will be immersed, I provide a moodboard of each space. It mentions the colours and materials selected to define the visual identity.

Descriptif des travaux et devis quantitaif estimatif

Je peux rédiger le descriptif des travaux, qui vient en complément des dessins techniques. Celui-ci décrit avec le maximum de précision, pour chaque corps d'état, les travaux à réaliser et les matériaux utilisés.

Je peux également fournir le devis quantitatif estimatif qui énumère les ouvrages réalisés, précise les quantités nécessaires de matériaux (quantitatif) et qui estime le coût prévisionnel des travaux (estimatif).

Scope of work and quotation

I can write the scope of work, which complements the technical drawings. This describes with maximum precision the work to be performed and the materials used.

I can also provide the quotation that specifies the required quantities of materials and estimates the cost of the work.
